This process is referred to as \u00b4digging\u2019. It happens more often than not that, after completion of the basic and advanced DNA seminars, people have found a nice way of working, facilitating incredibly long and detailed sessions. Sometimes it truly is beneficial to take more time for a certain theme, because that is part of the healing by itself. However, in most cases the session can be done in a more efficient way.
